SMS Opt-In Disclosure

1. Program identity

The messaging program described on this page is operated by SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO, a Wyoming limited liability company. TuBe SEO is the brand; SaaSassins Dev LLC is the entity that contracts, sends, and is responsible. The string below is the name registered with The Campaign Registry, and it is the name displayed on every consent control on this website, without abbreviation or variation.

Every number the program sends from is registered to SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO under the A2P 10DLC framework administered by The Campaign Registry and routed through a registered messaging provider. TuBe SEO does not send from unregistered numbers, personal handsets, or numbers belonging to another business.

2. How to opt in

There is exactly one way to opt in to the TuBe SEO SMS Program: affirmatively check the SMS consent checkbox on a TuBe SEO website intake form before you submit that form. The checkbox is unchecked by default. No script pre-checks it, nothing on the page checks it for you, and it is never combined with any other agreement. You have to check it yourself.

The checkbox is a dedicated control for text messages only, separate from the fine print reproduced in Section 5, which is not a checkbox at all. No single control on this website grants email, calls and texts together.

SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO does not enroll anyone in the SMS Program through a telephone call, a signed service agreement or statement of work, an in-person interaction, an email exchange, a purchase, a third party, a purchased or rented list, or any channel other than the website intake forms listed in Section 3. If a phone number reaches us any other way, it does not enter the messaging program.

Consent is optional and is never a condition of anything. Consent to receive text messages is not required to buy a service, to receive a quote or proposal, to book a call, or to use this website. Both forms submit normally with the box left unchecked, no validation blocks the submission, and the visitor receives the same reply, the same scope and the same price by email. The telephone field and the SMS checkbox sit on the same form and the same step, so the number and its disclosure are never separated.

3. Every opt-in collection point

SMS consent is collected at two places on this website, and only these two. Both are live, public URLs that a reviewer can load directly:

1. https://gotubeseo.com/contact/: the scoped-proposal intake form. The SMS checkbox appears directly beneath the telephone field.
2. https://gotubeseo.com/book-a-call/: the call-booking request form. The SMS checkbox appears in the same position, with the same copy.

Both pages are public and require no login. Neither sits behind a paywall, a geographic gate, a staging password, an email wall or an interstitial, and neither is excluded from indexing. A carrier or aggregator reviewer can load either URL in a normal browser session and see the unchecked checkbox and its full disclosure without submitting anything.

There is no pop-up, exit-intent modal, chat widget, gated download, third-party landing page or partner form that collects SMS consent for TuBe SEO. If that ever changes, the new surface is added to this list before it goes live. A form claiming to collect text-message consent for TuBe SEO that is not one of the two above is not ours. 4. The consent disclosure shown at every collection point

The text below is displayed as visible plain text immediately beside the SMS checkbox at both collection points, reproduced here word for word as of August 23, 2026. It is not behind a link, a tooltip, an accordion or a modal, and it is not summarized on the form and expanded elsewhere.

"SMS notifications (optional). By checking this box you agree to receive service-related text messages from SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO at the phone number provided, including quote and proposal follow-ups, scheduling confirmations, reminders, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy."

The same string is used at every collection point, with no variation. There is no shortened popup variant, no mobile variant and no campaign-specific variant. The string is defined once in this website's codebase and rendered from that single definition on both forms and on this page, so the recital here and the copy on the form cannot drift apart.

On the form itself, the two links in the final sentence are live: "SMS Terms" points to /legal/consent-to-contact/#sms-program and "Privacy Policy" points to /legal/privacy-policy/#sms-program.

5. The submit-button fine print

Beneath the submit button on both forms, outside and below the SMS consent control, the following sentence appears. It is reproduced verbatim:

"By submitting this form you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and you consent to be contacted by email about your inquiry. We never sell or share your information."

This sentence is not a checkbox and is not part of the SMS consent. It covers the website terms and the email reply to the inquiry the visitor just submitted. Text-message consent is never bundled into it, never implied by submission, and never obtained by any mechanism other than the checkbox described in Section 4. On the form, "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" are live links to /legal/terms-of-use/ and /legal/privacy-policy/.

6. What we record at the moment of opt-in

Each time a form is submitted with the SMS box checked, TuBe SEO writes a consent record so that the who, where and how of the opt-in can be demonstrated later. The record captures the date and time with time zone, the IP address the form was submitted from, the full URL of the page carrying the form and the referring URL, the browser user agent, the form identifier, the state of the checkbox, and the exact consent string and version displayed at that moment.

Consent records are retained for at least five years after the last communication with that number, including after an opt-out, solely to evidence consent and to meet legal obligations. Retaining the record does not keep the number in the program: an opt-out suppresses it immediately until a new opt-in is submitted. Records are available to our messaging provider, an aggregator or a carrier on request.

7. Message categories

The TuBe SEO SMS Program carries these categories of message, and only these:

• Quote and proposal follow-ups: a note that a scope or proposal you asked for is ready, or a question we need answered to finish it.
• Scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders: confirming a call you booked, offering a time, or reminding you shortly before a scheduled call.
• Responses to an inquiry you started: replies to the question you submitted, and replies to messages you send us.
• Onboarding and account setup steps: the specific next step we need from you to begin work, such as an access grant or an approval that is holding up production.
• Service and status notifications for active clients: a report is ready, a scan finished, an issue was found on your site, a scheduled item shipped.
• Approval reminders where a client has asked for them: a nudge that an article, an outreach email or a suggestion is waiting in your review queue.

What the program does not carry. SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO does not use the SMS Program for marketing or promotional offers to non-clients, sweepstakes or contests, lead-generation outreach, third-party advertising or messages sent on behalf of anyone else, affiliate offers, or any content prohibited by carrier policy or by the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. We do not text people who did not check the box, and we do not text numbers obtained from purchased lists, scraped sources, data brokers, or a client's own customer records.

8. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Volume depends on what is actually happening in your inquiry or engagement rather than on a broadcast schedule. As a realistic guide, expect up to about six messages per month while an inquiry or engagement is active, typically fewer, concentrated around a proposal, a scheduled call, or an onboarding step. Frequency rises briefly during onboarding and drops to zero when there is nothing to say.

The TuBe SEO SMS Program does not send recurring broadcast campaigns, newsletters or drip sequences.

9. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. SaaSassins Dev LLC dba TuBe SEO does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them under your plan, including while roaming. Contact your carrier for the details of your plan.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability and on your device, and is not guaranteed. Anything that matters is also sent by email.

10. Help and opt-out

Reply STOP to any message and the messages stop. The program also honors END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT. You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been unsubscribed, and after that no further messages unless you opt in again through one of the intake forms in Section 3.

An opt-out applies to your number across every campaign the TuBe SEO brand operates, not only the conversation you replied to, and takes effect immediately rather than at the end of a billing or send cycle.

Reply HELP to any message and the program responds with our business name, the categories of messages we send, our email address, and a reminder that you can text STOP to unsubscribe.

Email works too. Write to info@gotubeseo.com with the number you want removed and we will suppress it. More generally, TuBe SEO honors a revocation of consent made in any reasonable manner (a reply to a text, a sentence in an email, or telling us on a call) promptly, and in no event later than ten (10) business days after we receive it. To resume messages after opting out, text START to a number you previously received messages from, or check the SMS box on a new form submission.

11. Privacy of mobile information

The only disclosure that occurs is that limited operational routing: the registered messaging platform and aggregator that transmit the message, and the mobile carrier that delivers it, each contractually restricted to that purpose. Beyond it, mobile information is disclosed only where the law compels it. Numbers, opt-in data and message content are never disclosed to lead-generation companies, data brokers, advertising networks, analytics platforms, affiliates or resellers, and are excluded from any sale or transfer of the business.
