On-page SEO

On-page SEO services that
refuse to rewrite what already ranks.

On-page SEO means the words and settings on your own pages: the title Google shows, the headings, how the page answers the question. Most tools will happily optimize a page sitting at number three. That is how businesses lose rankings. Ours is not allowed to.

This is lever 5 of five, the protection lever. Ranking a business takes five things: find keywords you can actually win, build pages that deserve to rank, fix what stops Google reading your site, earn backlinks and press coverage, and protect the rankings you already have. This page is the fifth: deciding which existing pages get improved and which get left alone.

The rule everything else follows

Why won't you touch a page that already ranks?

Because touching it is the riskiest thing you can do to a website. When a page changes materially, Google re-assesses it, and two years of climbing can become six months of proving itself again. TuBe SEO treats a page-one ranking as an asset to defend. The software cannot rewrite one.

The page-one rule, exactly as the software enforces it. If a page ranks on page one for its target search, TuBe SEO marks it protected. No title, description, heading or body-copy suggestion is generated for it. Not as a warning, not as an option, not at all. The rule lives inside the code that writes suggestions, so no setting anywhere turns it off.

In plain English If it is working we leave it alone, and that is a rule built into the software, not a promise from a sales call.

What a protected page never gets

  • A rewritten page title or search description
  • Rewritten headings or a restructured page
  • Edits, expansions or “refreshes” of its words
  • A changed web address of any kind
  • An override or advanced mode that unlocks any of the above

What it gets instead

  • Links from the new articles we publish for you
  • Links from other websites, through real outreach. The lever that actually moves a page-one page
  • Safe additions only: an image description, a question and answer block, background code
  • Continued rank tracking, so a slip gets caught as a slip

The same doctrine runs everywhere. A second article is blocked for a search an existing page already owns, and the fix button in our article editor can only add what is missing, never rewrite a sentence a person wrote.

Sorting your pages

How do our on-page SEO services pick which pages to work on?

TuBe SEO sorts every page on your site into four groups, judged against how hard its target search is. Pages on page one are locked. Pages stuck below where they should be are flagged, ordered by what they stand to gain. First live run: 1,095 pages in seconds, 84 flagged, 47 locked.

Protected

Already on page one. The software stops here. The page goes onto the link plan instead.

Flagged

Ranking worse than it should. Queued for a full read against the pages beating it, biggest opportunity first.

On track

Doing about as well as that search allows. Nothing is generated for it. Time spent here is time not spent where it counts.

Not ranking yet

No recorded position at all. That is a content and links problem, not an editing problem, so it goes to the writing plan.

The sorting is free, so we re-run it constantly. It is a rules pass over data we already hold, not an expensive AI call. The expensive part, reading the pages that outrank you, only happens on the handful the sorting flagged. See how the keyword list is built.

The work itself

What happens to a page we are allowed to work on?

TuBe SEO reads the flagged page, then every page ranking above it, and reports the difference: subjects they cover that you do not, questions your page never answers, where they put the answer and where you buried it. The output is a comparison you can check for yourself.

What the comparison contains

Read your page. Then read everything beating it.

A score worked out from your page alone is just an opinion. TuBe SEO fetches your live page and the live pages above it, so every gap it reports is a fact about today's results. Suggestions are forbidden from padding your page to close a gap.

  • Missing subjects. Things the pages above you cover and yours does not, listed plainly.
  • Real questions. What people ask around that search, marked by which ones your page leaves unanswered.
  • Layout differences. Where the answer sits on their page, and which format this search rewards.
  • Two honest scores. One for coverage, one for what you offer that nobody else does. Kept separate on purpose.
  • What it will not do. No keyword-stuffing targets, no matching a competitor's word count, no padding.

The two scores

What are SERP Parity and Information Gain?

They are the two numbers TuBe SEO puts on a page it may work on. SERP Parity measures how well you cover what the pages beating you cover. Information Gain measures what you say that none of them do. Kept apart on purpose: matching the top results perfectly gives nobody a reason to pick you.

Coverage

How much of what the top-ranking pages cover does your page cover? If the four pages above you all answer a question yours never mentions, that is the gap. The technical name is SERP Parity. SERP just means the page of search results.

Target 70 to 85 Above 85 is a warning
  • The target is a band, not a perfect score. Chasing 100 means copying the pages you are trying to beat
  • Above 85, the software raises an over-optimization warning
  • The band is identical for every client, so the number means one thing everywhere
In plain English Answer most of what the winners answer, because aiming for all of it turns your page into a copy of theirs.

Unique value

What does your page have that none of the pages above you have? Your own numbers, first-hand experience, a genuinely different answer. The technical name is Information Gain, and it is the reason to pick your page over four others saying the same thing.

What AI answers reward Scored separately on purpose
  • A page can sit perfectly inside its coverage band and still score zero here
  • Unique value is what gets a page quoted, and being quoted is how AI visibility is won
  • This is where your expertise beats any tool. We will ask you for it
In plain English An assistant reading five pages tends to quote the one that added something the other four missed.

The honesty rule. Some pages cannot be scored fairly: too few competing pages, results that move too much, no reliable keyword data. When that happens, TuBe SEO says so rather than printing a number anyway. A confident score built on thin evidence is worse than no score, because somebody will act on it.

The limits

What is the software actually allowed to change?

By itself, nothing. TuBe SEO produces suggestions, and what it may suggest depends on which group your page landed in. Rewrites are only generated for pages not on page one. Safe additions are available anywhere. Three things are never touched at all, because they can take a whole site out of Google.

What the software may suggest, page by page. “Suggested” means queued for a person to accept or reject. Never applied to your site.

The last three are a missing feature on purpose

Redirects, canonical tags and indexing settings quietly remove a website from Google when somebody gets them wrong. TuBe SEO finds them, reports them, and stops. The code to change them does not exist. Our technical checks work the same way: findings with the exact fix, applied by a person.

Making the change is still a human act

Nothing in that table is written to your live site by the software. An accepted suggestion is a decision recorded in the queue; a person then makes the edit in your site's admin. Publishing a new article is automated with your approval. Editing a ranking page is not automated at all.

Approval

Who signs off on the changes?

A person does, one item at a time. AI does the heavy lifting, it never takes the wheel. A person on our team signs off before anything reaches your business. Every suggestion TuBe SEO produces arrives in a review queue with its evidence attached. No auto-apply, no bulk fix button.

Sort

Every page lands in one of four groups: protected, flagged, on track, or not ranking yet. Whole site, seconds, free to re-run.

Analyze

Flagged pages only. Your page and the pages beating it are read together: missing subjects, real questions, the two scores.

Review

Each suggestion arrives with its evidence. Accept or reject, one at a time. Protected pages only ever show safe additions.

Apply

A person makes the accepted edit. The software reports, scores and recommends. It does not touch a ranking page.

In plain English The software hands us a list with the reasoning, and a human makes every edit.

Straight answers

Questions worth asking before you let anyone edit your site

Will you change my page titles without asking?

No. TuBe SEO never writes anything to your live website. Every suggestion lands in a review queue with its evidence, and a person accepts or rejects each one. Applying an accepted change is a human act in your site's admin. No auto-apply, no scheduled runs, no bulk fix button.

What happens to a page that is already ranking on page one?

It gets marked protected and the software stops suggesting rewrites entirely. No new title, no heading changes, no edits to the words. A page that took two years to reach position three can spend six months proving itself again after a material change. What page-one pages usually need is links, not rewrites, so that is what they get.

What is SERP Parity, in plain English?

It is a score for how well your page covers what the pages beating you cover. SERP just means the page of search results. The target is 70 to 85 out of 100. Above 85 your page is copying the results it is trying to beat, so TuBe SEO raises a warning.

What is Information Gain?

The opposite score: what does your page say that none of the pages beating you say? Original numbers, first-hand experience, a genuinely different answer. TuBe SEO scores it separately on purpose. It is also the score that decides whether an AI assistant quotes you.

Can the software change redirects, canonical tags or indexing settings?

No, and there is no button for it anywhere. TuBe SEO finds these things and reports them, but no part of the platform can change them. These are the settings that take a whole site out of Google when they go wrong, so they stay in human hands.

How long does this take on a big website?

Seconds for the sorting. On our first live run TuBe SEO sorted 1,095 pages in seconds, flagging 84 and locking 47 as protected. Re-running costs nothing. The slower part is the analysis, which reads a flagged page alongside the pages outranking it, biggest opportunity first.
