Why it matters to you

What does the SEO platform actually do for you?

TuBe SEO built and runs its own SEO platform, so the whole job lives in one system instead of five rented tools. One keyword list per client, and every part of the work reads from it. You get a login to the same interface we use.

In plain English You get an account and see the real thing whenever you like, including what the work cost.

The thing underneath

One keyword list, read by every part of the job

Most setups keep the keyword list in a research tool, the targets in a spreadsheet, and the AI questions nowhere. TuBe SEO keeps one list per client, and every part of the platform reads from it. Four things follow.

  • Cannibalization is blocked, not reported. Ask for a second page on a keyword you already own and the platform refuses, before the writing budget is spent.
  • AI questions come from the same list. They come from the keywords the Google work targets, so both measurements describe the same business.
  • Content is written once, for both audiences. Question-phrased headings and answer-first openers serve the ranking and the assistant at once.
  • Protection travels with the keyword. The list knows which page already ranks, so on-page work marks it off-limits and sends the effort to links.

What is in it

What is inside the SEO platform?

The TuBe SEO platform covers eight parts of the job: keyword research, SEO content writing, on-page SEO, technical SEO, link building and digital PR, local SEO, AI visibility, and the reporting that ties them together. Each is useful alone. Together they compound.

Keyword research

The keyword list everything else reads from: live volume, difficulty, cost-per-click and buyer intent, one seed term expanded into hundreds. Striking distance flags keywords at positions 5 to 20. Competitor gaps are graded by winnability.

Keyword research

AI visibility

6 answer engines sampled on questions a human approved first: ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, AI Overviews and AI Mode. Three records per question: did an answer appear, were you cited, were you named. The Mention Gap report lists every question where AI names a competitor and not you.

AI visibility

SEO content writing

One click produces a 3,000 to 5,000 word article: live research, every statistic tied to a named source. Scored against 33 checks, with a branded hero image carrying your headline.

SEO content writing

On-page SEO

Every page sorted by keyword difficulty. Page-one pages are marked PROTECTED and never rewritten by the software. Flagged pages get read against the pages outranking them.

On-page SEO

Technical SEO

Index checks with alerts the moment a page drops out of Google. Plus an audit of the three things that keep sites out of AI answers: crawler permissions, JavaScript-free rendering, structured data.

Technical SEO

Link building and digital PR

Five prospecting streams, including one nobody else runs: the exact pages AI assistants already cite in your niche. Every prospect is scored first. Every pitch is approved before it sends.

Link building and digital PR

Local SEO

49 real map searches painted around the business in roughly one to two minutes, with share-of-voice trends. Plus who beats you in the map pack and a 0–100 Google Business Profile plan.

Local SEO

Reporting

Rankings, AI citations, articles and links in one client-ready view, exportable to CSV, with the cost of the work attached. What moved, and what it took to move it.

Reporting and methodology

TuBe SEO has no partnership with, affiliation with, or privileged access to any of these services. Each one is sampled from the outside, the way a customer meets it. Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify what is being measured.

Execution

How does the work actually get done?

TuBe SEO queues every heavy task as a job with a dedicated worker, not a browser tab. Progress streams in while the job runs, failures retry quietly, and the cost is recorded against your account. Jobs chain, so one click produces a finished result.

In plain English You can watch long jobs happen and see what each one cost.

Why a queue instead of a button

Long work runs in the open

Work run in a browser tab dies when the laptop closes, and nobody learns what it cost. TuBe SEO queues it: the worker owns the job, the interface watches it, the ledger records it.

  • Named jobs. Crawl a site, harvest rankings, sample AI questions, write an article, scan a map grid, vet a prospect.
  • Live progress. “Generating section 7 of 11” is something you can see, not guess at.
  • Retries on wobbles. A rate limit is retried quietly, not handed to you as a red box.
  • Cost logged per client. Every AI and data call is attributed to the client that triggered it.
  • Automatic chaining. An article chains its images and internal links. A crawl chains the rankings harvest.

Control

Where does a human have to approve something?

TuBe SEO requires a human at four gates: AI questions before sampling spends, articles before publishing, on-page suggestions one at a time, outreach before it sends. AI does the heavy lifting, it never takes the wheel. A person on our team signs off before anything reaches your business.

Gate 1

AI questions, before sampling spends anything

The platform turns your keyword list into the questions a buyer would ask an assistant. A human approves them before any engine is sampled.

Gate 2

Articles, before publishing

Drafts score against 33 checks and land in the library. Approve and publish are separate steps. Nothing publishes itself.

Gate 3

On-page suggestions, one at a time

Each suggestion carries a safety rating and is accepted or rejected one by one. Page-one pages get additive suggestions only. Applying a change is still a human act.

Gate 4

Outreach emails, before they send

Every pitch quotes the prospect's actual article, in under 150 words with one soft ask. Then a person approves it.

The kill switch

A master kill switch only the owner flips. Off means nothing sends: not queued mail, not follow-ups, not a forgotten sequence. It also pauses itself when deliverability dips.

  • Owner only, global, immediate
  • Self-pausing on deliverability signals
  • Reply and unsubscribe signals honored absolutely

Some things have no button at all. Redirects, canonical tags and indexing directives are detect-only by design: the software reports them, hands you the fix, and has no code path to change them. Those three are how sites get quietly wiped off Google.

Honest scores over flattering ones. The on-page match score ships with a target band of 70–85 and an over-optimization warning, because chasing 100 is counterproductive. Without enough evidence to score honestly, the platform says so.

For agencies

How does one platform run many clients at once?

TuBe SEO has kept client accounts apart since day one. Each client gets its own brand voice, keyword list, guardrails and spend tracking, and every AI and data call is billed to the client that triggered it. One machine, one brand or an agency's whole book.

Separate brand voice

Tone, vocabulary and banned phrases set per client, so a plumbing company and a law firm never sound like the same writer.

Separate keyword list

Each client owns its keywords, claimed pages and planned titles. Cannibalization is checked inside one account, never across clients.

Separate guardrails

Protected pages, competitor lists, banned topics and outreach rules sit inside one account. One client's do-not-contact list never leaks into another's.

Separate spend tracking

Cost is logged per call and attributed to the client that triggered it. Margin stops being a guess.

For agencies and consultancies

Agency White Label

Your brand on the platform and every deliverable. You keep the client relationship, the margin and the credit.

Dedicated infrastructure, governance and integration for teams whose procurement and security requirements are part of the deal.

The comparison

Why not just rent a stack of separate SEO tools?

A rented stack can produce most of the outputs. It cannot produce agreement: each tool keeps its own keyword list, none knows which page already ranks, none can refuse to write a page. The TuBe SEO platform is one system that agrees with itself.

“Add-on” means another subscription with its own login, its own data and no connection to the rest.

Straight answers

Questions buyers ask about the platform

What is an SEO platform, and why did TuBe SEO build its own?

An SEO platform holds the keyword data, rankings, content, site checks and outreach in one place. Most SEO companies rent four or five tools. TuBe SEO built its own, so the work and the reporting are the same thing. You get a login and see live data the day it changes.

Do clients get a login, or only a monthly report?

Clients get the login. Rankings, AI citation rates, map grids, the article library and both review queues are live, and every report exports to CSV. The person approving an article is reading the real thing, not a description of it.

How is this different from the SEO tools we already pay for?

Rented tools each keep their own copy of the truth. The TuBe SEO platform keeps one keyword list per client, and everything reads from it. So a duplicate page is refused, a page-one page can be marked off-limits to rewrites, and the AI questions come from the same list the Google work targets.

Does anything publish, send or spend without a person approving it?

No. TuBe SEO requires a human at four gates: AI questions before sampling spends, articles before publishing, on-page suggestions one at a time, outreach before it sends. Above them sits a kill switch only the owner flips. The riskiest changes are detect-only: reported, never made by the software.

Can we use one part of it, or is it all or nothing?

You can start with one part, and TuBe SEO engagements often do. On-page triage and AI visibility are the usual openers: both produce a decision list in the first week. The parts compound because they share one keyword list, but nothing forces you to switch everything on at once.

Is our data separated from other clients on the platform?

Yes. Each client account holds its own brand voice, keyword list, guardrails and spend tracking. A competitor named in one account never influences another's suggestions, and every call is cost-logged to the client that triggered it. Agencies get the same separation. See Agency White Label.
