Approvals
Everything waiting for your decision, from all your tools, in one list, newest first.
When to use it. Whenever the number next to Approvals in the menu, or the line on Home, says something is waiting.
Your call. Nothing in this list goes on your website or your accounts until you approve it.
How it works
- Open Approvals from the menu. The number beside it is how many items are waiting.
- Items are grouped by tool, newest first, and each one says which page, keyword or post it is about.
- Approve or Skip right in the list where those buttons show. Review opens the item in its own tool, with everything you need to decide.
- If something changed since the list loaded, TuBe tells you and reloads it rather than overwrite the change.
What you see on the page
- Ready to post: An article that passed its quality checks, so it can go live. Open it to post it.
- Needs a look: Its quality checks found something to look at before it goes live.
- Not checked yet: Written and not posted yet. You can post it as a draft.
- Review: Opens the item in its own tool page, where you can read all of it before you decide.
After you act
- Nothing in this list goes on your website or your accounts until you approve it.
- An approved item carries on in its own tool, which shows what happens next.
- A skipped item leaves the list.
Questions
Why can I only skip social posts here?
Approving a social post schedules it to your accounts, so you approve it on the Social posts page after reading it there.
Why isn't something I approved listed anymore?
Approvals shows what is waiting for your decision. Things you already approved, like location pages to send to your website, stay on their own tool's page.
What shows here during the free trial?
Articles. The other tools in Approvals come with a plan.
