Articles
Full articles written around one keyword, researched from the pages that rank for it today, checked for facts and originality, and posted to your WordPress site when you choose.
When to use it. When you have a keyword worth ranking for and want a page that answers it.
Your call. Nothing goes to your website until you choose Post, and Publish now opens only after the article passes its quality checks.
How it works
- Choose Write an article and type the keyword it should rank for, or choose Write next to a keyword in a keyword search or gap analysis.
- TuBe checks the keyword isn't already used by a page or article on your site, so two of your pages never compete. A taken keyword can't be written; a close match shows a warning you can write past.
- Pick the kind of article (blog article, how-to guide, list, comparison or local guide), the length (1,000, 1,500 or 2,000 words) and up to 2 images.
- TuBe researches the keyword first: it reads the pages that rank for it today, finds facts with their sources, and adds U.S. Census figures to a local article. Then it writes. It takes a few minutes, and you can leave the page.
- Every article is checked as it is written. Open it to read it, see how it can look in Google, and see its quality checks.
- Choose Post to your website: send it to WordPress as a draft, or publish it straight away once it has passed its checks. Not on WordPress? Choose Copy and paste it into your website editor.
What you see on the page
- Writing, Adding images: TuBe is researching and writing it, or the text is done and its images are being made.
- Ready to review: Written and checked. Read it, then post it.
- Didn't finish: Writing stopped. Try again, or delete the draft: a draft that wasn't written doesn't use one of your articles.
- Draft in WordPress: It's on your site as a draft. Publish it in WordPress when you're happy with it.
- Live on your website: It's published. View it live opens it.
- Passed its quality checks: Its facts match its sources and its wording is its own, so it can go live.
- Needs a look before it goes live: One of its checks failed. Post it as a draft and fix what the checks list in WordPress.
- The quality checks: Facts match the sources, wording is original, no out-of-date years in headings, the keyword in the title and opening, links in place, no AI clichés or em dashes, an introduction, conclusion and FAQ, the author's byline when Your business names one, and close to the ordered length.
- How it can look in Google: The title and description Google may show for the article.
After you act
- Nothing goes to your website until you choose Post, and Publish now opens only after the article passes its quality checks.
- TuBe sends the article with its images and its search result text, the title and description Google may show.
- Publish now goes live only when the article passed its checks as it is now. If the text changed since its last check, it goes up as a draft and the page says why.
- Your business answers shape every new article: they are used as facts, and your author signs it.

Questions
Why can't I write about this keyword?
Another page or article on your site already uses it. Two pages on one keyword compete with each other on Google, so TuBe names the page that owns it. Pick a different keyword, or improve the page you already have.
Why is Publish now switched off?
It opens only after the article passes its quality checks. Post it as a draft, fix what the checks list in WordPress, and publish it there.
Can I edit an article?
Post it as a draft and edit it in WordPress, or copy it into your own website editor.
My site isn't on WordPress. Can I still use the articles?
Yes. Open the article and choose Copy, then paste it into your website builder.
Who is shown as the author?
If Your business names an author, they sign each new article. Otherwise it goes out under your business name.
