The $5,000/year retainer is 60 hours of our team a year, about five a month, plus quarterly maintenance and platform updates and standby support. Use the hours for changes, help and anything you want a hand with.
Yes, mailbox provisioning is an optional add-on, optional outreach mailbox provisioning, white label only. Depending on what you already have, we do a full build, mailboxes on your domains, or connect your existing setup. Provisioned inboxes run $300 per inbox a year; if you already hold the mailboxes, you keep paying your own provider and we just connect them.
No, and TuBe SEO will not claim otherwise. The platform is young and formal certification is not yet in place. We will complete your questionnaire honestly, walk you through the real architecture, and negotiate data-handling terms in the contract. Because White Label runs on your own keys and infrastructure, most data-residency questions are answered by where you deploy it.
